30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within this timeframe for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@highkeyfly.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item when requesting your RA number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
